Description

J&A Sole Source The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: RNS Communications, Inc. 1 Selleck St. 3rd floor, Norwalk, CT 06855-1117 For Advertising at the DMV. The above referenced company is the sole source for this purchase as they have exclusive rights to sell advertising on the display system at the DMV. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. Telephonic inquires will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond not later than 10:00 am, July 21, 2017.
