- The USGS National Research Program-Eastern Branch in Reston, VA, needs to purchase one Total Organic Carbon Analyzer to replace an aging and increasingly unreliable instrument. This equipment is designed and configured for the analysis of total organic carbon in of wastewater, pharmaceutical water, ground water, drinking water, saline water, domestic and industrial wastewater.
