- Sources Sought Lebanon VA Medical Center Title of Project: Social Room Projector Upgrade Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a need to replace and upgrade the existing broken and outdated projection system in the social Room and is looking for vendors that can provide these products and perform these services. This notice is being posted with the intent of determining the viability of certain socio-economic set asides as well as obtain a working list of Contractors that may be willing to provide a quote for the future solicitation. Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of need (SON), except as may otherwise be specified. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to install a new projector, display units and Blu-ray player in the Social Room at the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Performance Period: Delivery and Installation shall occur within 30 days of receipt of contract. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price General Requirement The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to install a new projector, display units and Blu-ray player in the Social Room. The contractor s work includes, the following: Provide and install video projection system with 5000 ANSI lumen high definition (1080p minimum) ceiling mounted video projector and mount. 1080P HDTV Compatibility Projector shall come with a remote control Projector shall allow for keystone correction, horizontal and vertical Ceiling Mountable HDMI input/outputs upgrade existing four TV displays on columns to a minimum of 28 inch diagonal high definition widescreen displays Monitor shall be LED backlit or approved alternative HDMI input/outputs USB AC110-120V 60Hz Replace existing video switching and distribution equipment Replace existing video input wall plates Provide and install a 1080P Blu-ray disc player in equipment cabinet for use with projection system Project includes all wiring, material, and misc. hardware to complete installation. All components must be compatible with each other and the existing equipment that will remain in place. Training - includes ½ day (4 hours) user training on newly installed equipment. Vendor shall be able to provide Lebanon VA Medical Center with separate technical, repair, and troubleshooting services after sale. Contractor must be able to provide service response within 36 hours of call. Delivery: Contractor shall schedule delivery and installation of the projector, display units and Blu-ray player within 30 days of contract award to the Lebanon VA Medical Center located at 1700 S.
