- The U.S. Government, Bureau of Land Management, currently occupies owned office space in Malta, Montana. The office is undergoing renovations. The office will need to relocate during renovations. To accommodate the personnel, a 2-year lease with 1 year firm term will be sought. Delineated Area: Malta, Montana: Central Avenue as the West barrier. US Hwy 2 as the North Barrier. Strater Road as the Northwest Barrier. South Dodson Creek as South West Barrier. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,400 usf of office and related space consisting of 1,400 usf of quality office space, 0 usf of warehouse space and 3000 sf wareyard area. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,340 usf of office and related space consisting of 2,340 usf of quality office space, 1,200 usf of warehouse space and 3000 sf wareyard area.
