- INFORMATION DOCK SPECS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; RFQ's are being requested. Solicitation AG-4660-S-17-0024 is issued as RFQ under FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 100% Small Business, NAICS 488390 small business size standard $36.50 Million. Furnish all equipment and materials to complete the following work FOB destination: Modular Dock: See attached specification sheet. Provide pictures and specification sheet with quote. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are due on or before (0900 EST) on July 19, 2017. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. This is a free registration. FAR 52.212-1; 52.212-2; 52.212-3; 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition. Email quote with equipment list and pictures of item quoted along with the contractor information form to recarroll@fs.fed.us. Faxed quotes will not be accepted.
