- RFQ TFSAHUG17CI003 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General (HUD-OIG) has a requirement for seven (7) Reserved Parking Spaces located within one (1) city block radius from the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, located at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068, in accordance with the attached list of Specification on page 14 of the solicitation package. Period of Performance is for one 12-month base year and two 12-month option periods as follows: Base Period: 8/1/2018 - 7/31/2019 Option Period I: 8/1/2019 - 7/31/2020 Option Period II: 8/1/2020 - 7/31/2021 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation TFSAHUG17CI003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm-Fixed price solicitation. This will be a small business set-aside solicitation associated with NAICS code 812930 with a $38.5mil size standard. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. All questions shall be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov by 2:00pm EST, Wednesday, 7/19/2017, referring TFSAHUG17CI003, Attn: Questions GJ/MH in the subject line. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov by 2:00pm EST, Monday, 7/24/2017, referring TFSAHUG17CI003, Attn: Quote GJ/MH in the subject line. Please provide a quote in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) on page 14. Please provide Monthly Parking Space Rental pricing for seven (7) Reserved Parking Spaces in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Attachment 1. It is the Offeror's responsibility to confirm timely receipt of their quote.
