- Redacted SSJ This acquisition is to obtain a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a one-time repair effort for Noun: AN/ALR-56C Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) NSN 6130-01-316-3155EW (Part Number 231364-101) used on theUSAF F-15 Weapon System. The period of performance is expected to be less than 60 days. The proposed contract action is for 41 each of said requirement for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10-U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2. The Government intends to solicit Pacific Electronic Enterprises, Inc. (cage code 32324), who currently has and continues to maintain the expertise and repair data required to perform the requirement. The Government does not own or possess rights to re-procurement data to facilitate competitive procurement of the instant sustainment services from any other source. The contract action is made under the conditions described in 6.302-2 (or, for purchases conducted using simplified acquisition procedures, if unusual and compelling urgency precludes competition to the maximum extent practicable) and the Government would be seriously injured if the agency complies with the time periods specified in 5.203.
