The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for a Service Contract for the Preventive Maintenance; Maintenance, and Repair including Parts for three Medrad Radiology Injectors. The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Solicitation is issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be issued on 07/11/2017 with responses due on 07/25/2017, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFQ shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated in the Solicitation. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
