Description

Draft SOW with associated Specs for Online Learning Requirement for Braille Certification SOW Introductory Synopsis and Questions THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: This sources sought is a market research tool being used to determine potential sources that are capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought. The Government seeks industry input on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). For review and feedback the Library is providing the following attachments: 1. Brief Introductory Synopsis of Statement of Work with Technical Questions: Please respond to questions identified on this document. 2. Draft SOW with Specification for Online Braille Certification Learning Platform: Please feel free to provide comments and questions on the DRAFT SOW and Specs. If anything is non-industry standard or certain areas appear ambiguous or vague we would like to know, this is all in efforts in making the final SOW stronger. FINAL SUBMISSION: In the final feedback response, responders should submit a copy of the SOW with comments (if any) and a copy of the completed Questionnaire. Responders may also submit a capability statement with their package to give the Library some insight on the companies that exists on the open market and their level of expertise.
