- 17-Q-0141 RFQ Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis this requirement for Qlik authorized distributors for the manufacturer sole source; Qlik Sense Enterprise License and Maintenance Support Renewal in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
