- A3 Alignment Tower Drawing MIT-12295665 A3 Alignment Tower Drawing 12TJ12295665-2 A3 Alignment Tower Drawing 12TJ-12295665-1 Red River Army Depot has a requirement for the following: purchase a service contract for calibrating Bradley A3 alignment towers according to drawing numbers 12TJ-12295665-1, 12TJ12295665-2 and MIT-12295665. The Bradley A3 Alignment tower calibration is used to validate information as required per the Final Inspection Record (FIR) for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System. A total of one (1) alignment tower is used for this process. The alignment tower was manufactured by Tooling Technologies Inc. in New Freedom, PA. The calibration tower is located at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The contractor must be able to: Gain Access to Tooling Technologies Inc. approved calibration and alignment procedures, be able to identify deficiencies and make corrections according to OEM specifications, be able to purchase OEM replacement parts from Tooling Technologies Inc., and be able to receive technical assistance from Tooling Technologies Inc. to resolve emergency equipment problems. The NAICS is 541380. The size standard is $15.0 Million. This will be a Base plus 3 (three) year contract. This solicitation will be issued on an all or none basis. Multiple awards will not be considered. Award of all line items is estimated no later than August 23, 2017. Request for quote W911RQ-17-Q-0010 will issue on or about 18 July 2017 and will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov.
