- Notice National Office of Leasing Industry Outreach Program EVENT INFO The GSA's National Office of Leasing will host a webinar session as part of its Industry Outreach program on Thursday, July 20, 2017. The topic for this session will be "GSA's Revised National Policy Regarding Novation Agreements". DESCRIPTION This session will provide an in depth perspective into the contents of the Novation (change of ownership) documents, issued via LEASING ALERT (LA-FY17-08).
