- The Library of Congress requires a system for presenting 4K, 2k and 3D DCPs (Digital Cinema Packages), video files, and live video feeds to an audience along with informational slides during the pre-show. The contractor shall provide services including: creating operational requirements, system design, equipment procurement and installation and testing, training, and documenting the installed system. This solicitation shall result in a firm fixed price type contract. The Solicitation has been modified to to extend the Response date. Proposals may be submitted until 10:00 AM on Monday, July 17th.
