Description
U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arkansas City: Monticello Delineated Area: North: Monticello City Limits South: Monticello City Limits East: Monticello City Limits West: Monticello City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,950 Space Type: Office Parking Space: 34 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: None Option Term: None Additional Requirements: · The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Drew County, Arkansas is interested in leasing approximately 5,950 usable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 5,950 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class and high quality office space. · Lease term requirement is for 10 years and be fully serviced. · Office space located within the floodplain cannot be considered. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alternations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in a 100 or 500 year flood plain. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
