- U.S. GOVERNMENT AD – PROJECT NUMBER 6NY0708 Syracuse, NY General Services Administration (GSA) is seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Syracuse, NY Delineated Area: Northern Border: Erie Blvd between S. State Street and Geddes Street. Southern Border : W. Onondaga Street between Geddes Street and State Street. Eastern Border : State Street between W. Onondaga Street and Erie Blvd. Western Border : Geddes Street between W. Onondaga Street and Erie Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,831 USF – 14,523 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 40 reserved parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): - 40 reserved parking spaces. GSA would prefer structured and secured if available. - A secured Sally port is also required. Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: · Office space must be contiguous on one floor. · Subleases are not acceptable. · The Government requires a fully serviced lease. · The location must be within walking distance of public transportation. · Freight elevator access to all occupied floors is required. · Loading Dock access is required. · Design of new building systems should be capable of meeting LEED Silver Certification Energy Star certification. · The building shall comply with applicable security requirements of the Department of Homeland Security and will be classified as Level III facility. · The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, including freight elevator and loading dock access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must include the following information in order to be deemed compliant and be eligible for further consideration in this procurement: A. Agents must provide written authorization to represent buildings ownership; B. Building name and building address; C. Building ownership information, including contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent; D. Floor plan of proposed space; E. Rentable square feet available; F. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet and the Common Area Factor; G. Date of space availability; H. Available parking and a detailed Site Plan showing available parking; I. Flood zone classification certification or current FEMA map with building location noted; Expressions of Interest Due: July 19, 2017 Market Survey (Estimated): Within (10) days from submission of interest.
