This Requirement is 100% set-aside for all Small Business concerns only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center will be soliciting quotes under Solicitation number VA244-17-Q-1070 to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide ductwork cleaning services. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561790 Other Services to Building and Dwellings and Product Service Code (PSC) J056 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Construction and Building Materials. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-1070. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about July 12, 2017. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
