Contractor Responsibility Questionnaire The Agreement REPS AND CERTS Statement of Work, Pictures, Drawings Davis-Bacon Wage Determination FSA Form SF1442 Solicitation Package Synopsis EAST AND WEST EMBANKMENT STABILIZATION General Services Administration Coburn Gore LPOE Coburn Gore, ME The contractor shall provide for any and all provisions - including but not limited to materials, labor, equipment, associated administrative, scheduling coordination and security costs required to construct Work as shown and indicated in the bid documents for East and West Embankment Stabilization, but not limited to: Provide all submittals and other administrative requirements as indicated in the Summary of Work. Provide all equipment, materials, and labor as necessary for the safe handling and placement of existing historically sensitive granite block. Provide and install new stormdrain system components as indicated in the bid documents. Provide and install new bituminous pavement as indicated in the bid documents. Provide and install new granite curbing as indicated in the bid documents. Provide and install new surface rock as dimension and location as indicated in the bid documents. Provide and install incidental work as indicated in the bid documents. Such work would be but not limited to loam and seeding, erosion control measures, consistent sweeping of paved area of the border station processing area, dust control measures as necessary, etc. A pre-proposal site visit conference is scheduled for Monday, July 10, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the site located at the US Custom and Border Protection Station (LPOE), Route 27, Coburn Gore, Maine. The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about Friday, June 30, 2017. Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This Procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. This solicitation does authorize the transmittal of offers, modifications, or withdrawals of offers through email. Please email a copy of your proposal to kimberly.gelly@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Friday, July 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Hard copy submissions are also acceptable, as prescribed by FAR 52.215-1(c)(1). No other means of transmission are acceptable.
