- Description
- Intent to Sole Source The 139 th Airlift Wing, Contracting Office, Saint Joseph, MO intends to issue a sole-source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for a refresh to the existing Advantor Intrusion Detection System alarm annunciator system composed of interacting and interdependent components forming an integrated whole. A second facet of the system upgrade is the installation of the Advantor Video Management System. This installation will integrate the existing cameras to the alarm reporting equipment expediting required immediate visual assessment of alarms and greatly improving system performance and storage. The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source acquisition to Advantor. Advantor is the manufacturer of this item and is the sole owner of the proprietary data rights. Furthermore, there are no authorized pass-through opportunities available via Netcents-2. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). The applicable NAICS code is 561621 and the size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $20.5M. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government in any way to an ultimate acquisition approach; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.
