- DCA-70657-5J - SOW DBA Wage Determination Dated 26 May 2017 Drawings Solicitation W912D0-17-Q-0032 The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to remove existing lighting and install new fixtures and circuits. The Contractor shall provide all labor, wiring, conduit, fittings, equipment, components, fixtures, mounts, devices, accessories, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with these specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. A site visit will be conducted on 11 July 2017, 1000 AKST at BLDG 3015 in DPW's Facilities Management Conference Room. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below NLT 12 July 2017 by 1200 AKST. All questions will be responded to through FBO. The magnitude of this project is less than $35,000. Offers must be received electronically at anthony.e.richey.civ@mail.mil. No other method of offer submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting offers. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail.
