Description
Solicitation for eRecording Services The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) was created on April 6, 1953, by AG Order No. 8-53 to provide for close liaison between the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, D.C., and the 93 United States Attorneys located throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U. S. Virgin Islands. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart Part 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and PART 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement and attachments constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is DJJ-17-R-EOA02-0168, attached, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), Commercial Items. The solicitation's documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the offeror to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The EOUSA, Office of Legal and Victim Programs, Asset Recovery Staff (ARS) has a requirements for electronic recording services for 93 U.S. Attorneys' Offices(USAO). There are approximately 650 users across the USAO Asset Forfeiture (AF) and Financial Litigation (FLU) Units will utilize this service in federal cases to electronically record liens and lis pendens with states or local jurisdictions to perfect the Government's interest in real property assets. The successful Offeror will be selected on a best value basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is NAICS Code 541199 -- All Other Legal Services. The USITC anticipates awarding a single Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) as a result of this RFQ. The contract's period of performance is 12 months and includes four (4) one-year optional phases. All responsible sources may submit a quote as outlined in the solicitation, which will be considered by the agency.
