- SPMYM3-17-Q-7104 JML: 71166391 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is SPMYM3-17-Q-7104. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 333911 and the Small Business Standard is 750. This requirement is Brand Name Mandatory to KSB and unrestricted. It is a direct replacement part for existing equipment. KSB Multitec V Model 125/2-10.2 30.71SP & WEG 70 HP Motor (No Substitutions). Salient Characteristics: (2) stage pump, 316 stainless steel suitable for saltwater with 6" suction flange and 5" discharge flange. Lower bearing is sleeve silicon carbide, upper bearing is grease lubricated roller bearing. Mechanical seal Burgmann 81 with carbon vs silicon carbide faces. Capacity is 750 GPM at 210' TDH. Motor is 70 HP, 3 phase, 460V, 1800 RPM TEFC inverter motor with IEC C-Face flange to fit pump. Ref Number 71166391 52.232-18 applies Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
