Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Program Contracting Activity Central (VA-PCAC), intends to sole source this procurement to Trauner Consulting, Inc. for ongoing litigation, to provide additional ADR support, construction claims, delay and schedule analysis services to the Department of Veteran Affairs in support of the Biomass CHP Project at the Canandaigua VAMC at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424. This procurement is being conducted IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 541618, size standard of 15 million dollars applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be emailed to Douglas.kustra@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement, based upon responses received to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the VA-PCAC will proceed to sole source this requirement to Trauner Consulting, Inc., to provide services described above.
