- Revised AMC 813 The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment surplus spare parts (spectrum analyzer) applicable to F-15 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS) Solicitation SPRWA1-17-Q-0018 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for New/ Unused and/or Used/Overhauled Commercial Surplus to obtain 8 each of the item labeled: Spectrum Analyzer from a supply source with existing available stock on the shelf. Approved designs and manufacturers are documented on 8563E-006-104-K15 Qualified Products List Procurement Specification. All other products must provide proof (details are in the procurement specification) of satisfactory compliance with all requirements of the procurement specification. If being procured from a surplus source, the part must be "new surplus" and traceable to an original Government acquisition contract. (Government Surplus: New/Unused, New/Reconditioned or Used/Overhauled ) Regarding all bidding vendors, the item must be immediately available for shipment/delivery (i.e. on the shelf). Up to Surplus Quantity of 8 ea. Split award possible. Duration of Contract Period: Completion of shipment of units This is a combined synopsis/written solicitation. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Note. Award will be made only if offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The acquisition will be competed among all surplus vendors. Vendors that submitted a proposal to previous solicitation will need to resubmit to solicitation amendment. All proposals are due by COB on 30 Jun 2017. 　A revised AMFC 813 has been added to package. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
