Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source On or about 12 July 2017, the Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source contract to Nuvasive Inc for Nuvasive Spinal Implants and Accessories at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The period of performance is 17 July 2017 to 30 August 2017. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide similar spinal implants and accessories.
