- Description
- The 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed priced modification to FA4452-13-D-0002, extending Applications, Infrastructure and Systems Support II (AISS II) services. The period of performance (PoP) for the modification will be 27 Jan 18 through 30 Sept 19, with four one-months options, for a potential extension through 21 Jan 19. The monthly options will be evaluated but exercised only on an as needed basis. This action is necessary to continue AISS II services while a competitive follow-on acquisition is completed. The sole source contract modification will be issued to Tri-Cor Industries, (850 Eisenhower Ave, Ste 300, Alexandria, VA, 22314-4565), under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by 6.302-1(a)(2); only one source capable of providing the services required at the level of quality required because the services are unique or highly specialized. Tri-Cor will continue to provide help desk, application support and configuration management in support of the Mobility Air Forces Command and Control (MAF/C2)/Business Systems. Tasks under the performance work statement (PWS) include support of the following programs: Advanced Computer Flight Plan (ACFP), Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS), Commercial Operations Integrated System (COINS), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Global Decision Support System (GDSS), Systems Integration (SI), Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Mobility Air Forces Automated Flight Planning Services (MAFPS), Air Carrier Analysis System (ACAS), Mobility Enterprise Information Services (MEIS), USTRANSCOM Reference Data Management (TRDM), and Dynamic Mission Replanning (DMR). Technical support includes conducting in-depth troubleshooting and fault isolation, providing technical expertise on all systems, conducting repair and maintenance to pre-installed hardware/software and peripherals, performing user account maintenance, minor software upgrade and patches as directed by program management offices (PMO), auditing of system logs, and system metrics gathering/analysis. The Government intends to issue a bridge effort to one source, Tri-Cor Industries. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to responses to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resultant bridge effort will be firm-fixed price. Verbal requests will not be acted upon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512.
