- 35 CONS/LGC, Misawa Air Base, Japan, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for 35 OSS/OSL to Chemring Energetic Devices under the authority 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334519, small business size standard: 500 employees. The requirement is for: Three (3) Joint Combined Aircrew Systems Tester (JCAST-20) Part Number (PN) 6177100-20 Three (3) Altitude Combined Aircrew Systems Tester-High Altitude (ACAST-HA) PN 6213100. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
