Description
Answers to vendor questions: "Are you able to provide estimated quantities for each of the following test elements?" Hearing tests - 150 Vision tests - 150 Blood lead/ZPP - 25 Pulmonary function l 125 Respirator fit testing - 135 - These are estimates. Quantities will vary due to personnel being in schools, TDY, or leave. "Do you require a physician or nurse practitioner onsite to perform physicals, or is thie requirement set up to ensure a physician is reviewing results?" - A physician review is acceptable. "Would it be possible to schedule testing services for the week of August 20th instead of the week prior?" - Yes, there is some flexibility is scheduling. "You state the contractor must be capable of accessing and loading exams into the medical Electronic Data System (MEDCHART). My understanidng is that this system is only accessible to government employees. As civilians, would you be able to help us work out a solution for allowing us to access the system?" "You also identify that the contractor must be able to access the DOEHRS repository. Again, as civilians, we are unable to receive permission to do this. Would the UTARNG be able to assist us by providing a computer with the DOEHRS software that we could utilize with our Benson audiometers, and then provide back to the guar at the end of the project?" - We can dlete these two from the requirement. This is incorrect that contractors cannot access MedChart. Perhaps there is confusion between MedPros (military only) and MedChart (designed for mil and civ use). I'm not certain about DOEHRS. I know...<other states> does have contractors inputing data as their OHN talked to me through this contract.
