Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA256-17-Q-0960 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89 issued and effective July 14, 2016. This solicitation, VA256-17-Q-0960, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This RFQ is being issued as a SDVOSB/VOSB set a-side under NAICS Code 339112 and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. All items being solicited (Products and/or Receivables as appropriate) must be New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Solicitation and evaluation of offers are to be in accordance with (IAW) VAAR 852.211-73 and Far 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal.
