Description

Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilent Technologies, Inc. for the Dako Omnis System for use at the Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Dako Omnis System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Dako Omnis System may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 4:30 pm e.s.t. on June 30, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. Responses received from responsible sources by 4:30 pm e.s.t. on June 30, 2017 will be considered by the Government.
