Description

Network Contracting Office 10 will be soliciting offers for janitorial services at the St. Joseph County VA Clinic in Mishawaka, IN. Contractor shall provide all necessary transportation, labor, supervision, equipment, uniforms, name badges, materials and supplies to clean and maintain cleanliness at the St. Josh County VA Clinic in Mishawaka, IN Request for Quote (VA250-17-Q-0719) will be issued on or around July 1, 2017. Anticipated award date is September 1, 2017 for a period of one year with two one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within three calendar days after the site visit scheduled for July 17, 2017. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720. The size standard is $18 Million.
