- Attachment 5 Grounds Weed Control Form Attachment 4 Grounds Service Ticket Attachment 3 AT OPSEC Attachment 2 Option Years Drawing 2 Attachment 1 Base Period Drawing 1 Solicitation ***A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (191 Soldiers Drive, St. Charles, MO 63304) on 27 June 2017 at 10:00 am CST.*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 29 June 2017 @ 4:00 pm Central time; in order to ensure a timely response is provided but the solicitation closing date. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility UT003 located in Logan, UT; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The performance period is 15-July-2017 (or subsequent date) to 14-April-2018 with four (4) one year option periods. This procurement is Set-Aside as Woman Owned Small Business under NAICS Code 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 Million.
