The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541714 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AS A SOLE SOURCE, NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Enrich the chromatin for estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), RNA polymerase II (PolII), p300 or cohesin using immunoprecipitation 4. Perform qPCR to detect co-precipitated DNA regions (ChIP-PCR) and provide us with the data OR construct libraries from the enriched chromatin for next-generation sequencing 5. Sequence all the chromatin DNA in the immunopreciptated/enriched chromatin using Next-generation sequencing 6. Provide data detailing all the sequences that interact with ERα, PolII, p300 or cohesin in each sample This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received within 15 (fifteen) days of this posting, July 7, 2017, at 5pm EST.
