- AMENDMENT 0001: THE PURPOSES OF THIS AMENDMENT ARE TO PROVIDE FORMAL RESPONSES TO PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED VENDOR QUESTIONS. This solicitation is not extended and will close 07/05/2017 at 10:00 AM ET. See Attached Questions List Questions List for RFQ-FSA-460020-17-0004 1. Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number RFQFSA460020170004 contain requirements similar to a current contract? If possible, please provide the current contract number. Or, is this a new requirement for the government? Answer: This is a new requirement for on-site Fixed Income Markets training. 2. You indicate that the course may have between 12 and 20 students. Are we expected to submit one quote covering all possible class sizes or may we submit a quote that varies by the number of registered students? Answer: Base cost to cover overhead and required number of students to attend, then a price per student above the base amount (Example: base cost for 12 students plus additional cost per student for more than 12 students.) Otherwise provide estimate for class sizes of 12 and 15 students. 3. On page 19, you indicate that we are to include a copy of all course materials. If we plan to incorporate commercially published materials into the course, how do we submit these? Answer: Outlines of course material/syllabus will be acceptable. Make reference to any commercially published materials that will be incorporated. 4. You request three references for past Federal training. If we have not completed three such projects, can we supply non-federal references? Answer: Yes. 5. What format would you like the proposal to be in when we submit it to you for consideration? Answer: PDF, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint are all acceptable formats.
