VA244-17-Q-1148 Page 1 of Page 1 of 1 Page 1 of Statement of Work for Security Camera Maintenance (CCTV) Annual Maintenance Agreement for Wilkes-Barre VAMC The Wilkes-Barre VA Police Department is in need of a firm fixed price service & maintenance contract for the CCTV system installed at the facility. The Wilkes-Barre VA Police Department maintains a 150+ camera system utilized to assist with the protection of the facility as well as visitors, veterans, and employees. Due to the vast amount of technology required to maintain this system, it is necessary to keep an up to date maintenance agreement to ensure that the system functions on a continuous basis without lapse. The system is monitored on a 24 hour basis and is utilized during a multitude of investigations by the Police Service. The cameras cover a majority of the facilities stairwells, elevators and general purpose areas, a potential life safety issue could be a result if the system is not properly maintained and functioning properly. The system was installed piece meal over the past several years and most if not all equipment manufacturers warranties are expired. A sole provider designed and installed the current system and has provided maintenance in the past. A list of the existing equipment and their locations in the hospital is included in this solicitation to aid in formulating a firm fixed annual price to be paid monthly for one year to maintain and service this equipment.
