Ft. (ABOA): 12,215 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,826 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Access per local code Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Space must be contiguous on a single level. • Space must be located on or above grade. • Space on the 2nd floor or higher must have access to at least 2 passenger elevators. • Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
