Description

This pre-solicitation notice provides a twenty third amendment to the November 4, 2015 (also amended 1/8/16, 3/2/16, 6/14/16, 8/25/16, 9/1/16, 10/12/16, 10/22/16, 10/22/16, 11/22/16, 12/16/16, 12/19/16, 12/20/16, 1/12/17, 1/19/17, 1/20/17, 2/1/17, 2/10/17, 2/14/17, 3/01/17, 4/19/17, 5/24/17 and 6/13/17). The purpose of this notice is to provide potential offerors with tentative milestone dates, and to revise the anticipated Small Business Commitment evaluation factor, for the Government's anticipated Reagan Test Site (RTS) Engineering and Technical Services (RETS) acquisition.
