Description

CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W911SG-17-T-0505-01 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-95 with a small business size standard of $27.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-06-02 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be FORT BLISS, TX 79916 The MICC Fort Bliss requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: The Contractor shall provide two (2) heavy mobile cranes with a 40 ton maximum lift capacity and two (2) certified operators experienced with the unloading and loading of specialized freight at McGregor Range NM for eight (8) hours per day with a 24 hour notice as described in the attached PWS (Performance Work Statement). Tentative dates are 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 for a total of 265 hours. Dates are subject to change. Travel time not included., 1, Job; LI 002: The Contractor shall provide four (4) certified riggers who have experience working with 40 ton heavy mobile crane services in the unloading and loading of specialized freight at McGregor Range, NM for eight (8) hours per day, with a 24 hour notice as described in the attached PWS (Performance Work Statement). Tentative dates are 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 for a total of 610 hours. Dates are subject to change. Travel time not included., 1, Job; LI 003: The Contractor shall provide two (2) flatbed trucks (18 wheeler) with a 30 ton minimum carrying capacity and two (2) licensed driver experienced with the unloading and loading of specialized freight at McGregor Range, NM for eight (8) hours per day, with a 24 hour notice as described in the attached PWS (Performance Work Statement). Tentative dates are 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 for a total of 48 hours. Dates are subject to change. Travel time not included., 1, Job; LI 004: The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower & Reserve Affairs) operates and maintains a secure Army data collection site where the contractor will report ALL contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) required for performance of this contract. The contractor is required to completely fill in all the information in the format using the following web address http://www.ecmra.mil/. The required information includes: (1) Contracting Office, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer as Technical Representative; (2) Contract number, including task and delivery order number; (3) Beginning and ending dates covered by reporting period; (4) Contractor name, address, phone number, e-mail address, identity of contractor employee entering data; (5) Estimated direct labor hours (including subcontractor);(6) Estimated direct labor dollars paid this reporting period (including sub-contractor); (7) Total payments (including subcontractor); (8) Predominant Federal NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUN-2017); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
