- Page 1 of 1 Solicitation VA786-17-R-0537 Project Location: INDIANTOWN GAP NATIONAL CEMETERY Project Title: Install Sewer Pipe Liner Project Control #: 813-MR17-41 Statement of Work Summary: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install 600 feet of cured in place pipe liner (CIPP) at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (IGAP). The service includes installing 450 linear feet of 8 CIPP liner between manhole #1 and pump station #1; and 150 linear feet of 8 CIPP liner between manhole #10 and pump station #2. Contractor shall be certified and qualified to install the CIPP products proposed. Installation shall be in accordance with the trenchless pipe repair specifications included in this document. IGAP National Cemetery is located on Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, Pennsylvania 17003. Pre-Bid Site Visit: Bidders are urged to visit the site, investigate existing conditions through observation, and submit questions as a means to satisfy their understanding of the work to be done, all general, local, and technical conditions that may affect the cost and the feasibility of their proposal. Question should be submitted to the Contracting Officer utilizing Requests for Information (RFIs). In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. The Contractor shall complete all work within 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice of Award, subject to all terms, conditions, provisions and schedules of the contract. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-17-R-0537 on remittances. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., July 10, 2017.
