- Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Chicago Delineated Area: North Boundary: South side of W. 76th St. South Boundary: North side of W. 79th St. East Boundary: West side of S. Union Ave. West Boundary: East side of S. Peoria St. Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 19,422 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 14,387 Space Type: Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): 75 reserved Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Govt. Termination Rights: 90 days notice after firm term Current lease expires: 05/14/2018 Occupancy Required By: 05/15/2018 The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with a minimum of 75 parking spaces for the exclusive use of the Government and its customers.
