- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 667-17-104 Repair Kitchen Cart Wash Flooring, BN10, 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA. The cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 7, 2017. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. Performance period is Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5 Million. All interested SDVOSB firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, must be registered and verified as a SDVOSB at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at www.vip.vetbiz.gov and must have a current VETS-100 report on file at www.dol.gov/vets/programs/fcp/main.htm.
