- SUBJECTED TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quotes for the procurement of a Trap Net with Brailer Frame and Net per the specifications. This solicitation is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 114111 Finfish Fishing. The Size Standard is $20.5 Million of Dollars. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes and required documents on RFQ Reference Number G17PS00631 to Beth Wilson at bwilson@usgs.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached.
