Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami VA Healthcare System has a need to procure a cost per test for Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, Mycobacterium avium complex, Mycobacterium gordonae, and Mycobacterium kansassii by DNA probe, brand name or equal for the Gen-Probe LEADER hologic 450i Luminometer System. This is a fixed price contract for one base year with four one year options.
