This amendment changes the sole source from large vendor to a SDVOSB. IAW Title 38, United States Code (U.S.C.) Sections 8127 and 8128, Vendor has been identified as a SDVOSB Supplier for these items. IAW VAAR 819.7007, Sole Source Awards can be made to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns, provided all requirements of VAAR 819.7007 have been met. Confirmation was given by manufacturer that Four Points Technology, LLC (SDVOSB) is an authorized distributor for Analogic Corporation and can provide the BK ProART Robotic Drop-In Transducers.
