Description

Amendment 1 Turnbull Creek AOP Culvert Replacement This project is for the removal of an existing corrugated steel culvert on Turnbull Creek and replacing it with a structural plate arch culvert on precast concrete footings. The work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, erosion control measures, structure excavation, roadway embankment, removing and disposing existing culverts, compaction, riprap, roadway surfacing, furnishing and installing precast concrete foundations, furnishing and erecting structural-plate arch culverts, and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The government's estimated price range per FAR 36.204 is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project is located in the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests on National Forest System Road No. 2002 at Mile Post 3.6 on the Salmon River Ranger Dsitrict in Section 4, T. 25 N., R. 3 E., Idaho County, Idaho. This project has been set-aside for certified HUBzone small business concerns. Solicitation was amended to add the Limitations on Subcontracting clause by reference. Response deadline was not extended. Point of contact was also updated to Karen Ruklic.
