Description

This notification replaces archived notification VA260-17-R-0112_1. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contract Office 20 (NCO 20) has a requirement to establish an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, multiple award task order contract (IDIQ MATOC) for general construction, renovation, maintenance, minor repair, and services ancillary to construction. All work will take place at VISN 20 facilities located in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, & Washington State. The overall value of the base and all option years combined is $75 million. Specifically, this IDIQ MATOC will provide each station with a qualified pool of SDVOSB S to complete VISN-wide construction requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million.
