Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS ANNUAL DIAGNOSTICS PHYSICS SURVEY. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis VA Medical Center, Quality Management & Improvement Dept., located at 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. The Quality Management & Improvement Dept. needs a contract for one (1) base year for Annual Diagnostics Physics Survey. This procurement will be a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $20.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about June 20th, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
