- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that: a letter solicitation is being issued and proposals are being requested from the approved source and a written solicitation will not be issued and posted to DIBBS. 2915-00-754-4915, 67498658, REGULATING VALVE & BELL ASSY. This is a configuration control item source controlled to HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION (73030) Part Number- 719109-1, and ONTIC ENGINEERING AND (45934) Part Number- 719109-1, unrestricted. This requirement has a Government First Article Test and Production Lot Test is reuired. Additionally, this is a Navy Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item. PPIRS applies. FOB ORIGIN. Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 947 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 895 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 06/14/2017 with a closing date of 06/29/2017. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
