- Seeking supplier for 5120-01-115-1148 open end wrench set, two orders going to one location, total quantity is 110 sets (orders are for 75 and 35). See attached for complete description and applicable clauses. Items offered must match the requirements of the item purchase description, including the wrench sizes and their configurations. Buy American Act applies in accordance with FAR 25.1 Successful offeror must be currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129 is required. See attached IPD for complete list of requirements. Award will be based on (1) Price, (2) Shipment Days (1) Price will be evaluated first and is most important. (2) Shipment is requested in 30 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Shipment is the second most important factor. In the case that one or more vendors are equal in price, award will be made to the best shipment time under the required 30 DARO. ATTENTION: In order to be considered for any GSA awards, you must use GSA's quote form and complete all areas, to include the signing of the MIL 129 Compliance Form.
