- This is a request for quote for full board and care of Blackjack the Mule, the mascot of 1st Sustainment Command (Theater). Services involved in Blackjack's care includes stabling, feeding, grooming and all other associated functions involved in providing high quality care. Associated functions include veterinary care, farrier services, transportation and if necessary, cremation in the event of death. Additionally, Blackjack's attendance will be required for 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) ceremonies and events. The period of performance is a base plus four option periods. NOTE: An amendment extending the response date will be issued on 15 JUN 2017.
