- NSN 2840-01-146-5731; SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; HOUSING BEARING ANTIFRICTION; The requirement is for 733 each. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. Export Control, Critical application and Configuration Control Applies. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; FOB Destination; First Article Testing Applies. Requested Delivery 491 DARO (Including First Article Testing). Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The approved source for this item is GENERAL ELECTRIC (07482), TSS TECHNOLOGIES (28884) and ADANAC INDUSTRIES INC dba: XACT SPEC INDUSTRIES (11228). Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
